Nothing serious, nothing to resolve. Bug happened with a PC version of ME2 downloaded from direct2drive, on Insanity with an NG+ sentinel.  I'll leave out system specs and the like, as this is the only significant bug of any kind I've seen through 1.5 plays of the game, and I had a recent save to reload, so no harm no foul.  Maybe QA can recreate it (I haven't been able to).

Upon arrival to the Normandy following the N7: Abandoned Mine mission (sends you to Aequitas, Fortis System, Minos Wasteland, where you fight hordes of husks...), I entered the galaxy map, prepared to leave for another system.  And I received the standard "you're out of fuel" message (I should have had plenty...).   As it turns out, my fuel was gone, somehow, as were my probes, as was the upgrade from Thane for extra probes.  Additonally my credits were down to a few
thousand (instead of 500K+), all my resources were gone (should have had 50k+ of each), even my
medi-gel was down to1/4.

I did not at the time think to check if other upgrades, or achievements, had been lost.

As I recall, I may have died and reloaded into the doorway immediately before the device/bombs, and then destroyed it, so on the next attempt I skipped bypassing for the few hundred credits and instead just ran inside and blew up the bombs.  I did go back later and try to recreate the bug, and was unable to.

Just had the bug on the xbox 360 version and not only did my resources and everything you mention reset to 0 but my level also reset from 19 to 1. I wasn't quite as lucky and my next nearest save was 3 hours earlier
