games
dissapoint about the difirence between Hardcore and Insanity
difficulties. As in-game description of the difficulties suggest, the
enemies are stronger on the Insanity and and they kick a bit harder, but
the impression I got from playing on insanity is that like my weapon
became much weaker and enemies stayed the same. And from what I heard
from my friends they came to the same conclusion.
Isn't that boring to discharge 2 rounds of ammo instead of one on the
target that is just standing on one spot or being controlled by other
characters just to simply remain far away from you and being a sitting
duck to shot at? Of course game was designed that your opponents suppose
to be smart and try to surround you and stuff, but in 70% of situations
its just not happening. And although as difficulty incises they doesn't
get smarter.
So my suggestion is really simple, instead of making enemies rock solid
so you won't get impression that the most powerful rifle in the game
feels like a squirt-gun
right, add more enemies without weakening their fire power. It
would be nice if they could appear form behind (of course not trough the
door you just came in).
That you'll get completely different battles that you previously had on
the Hardcore, and you already know what to do on those battles. That way
game will inspire players to rework their strategies instead of always
repining same encounters where only difference is that you need spend
more time holding your finger on Mouse 1button.
Thank you for your attention, and ME2 will be game of the year anyway
