They do the same damage, but one stuns very briefly and the other turns the damage into a shield bonus.

I saw overload but I'm using AP ammo upgrade

The bonus slot is too good to waste on a slightly better version of overload. Go with Warp Ammo or Armor Piercing Ammo.

Squad warp ammo was my choice. Since my preferred team (Tali and Garrus/Legion) didn't have any ammo mods (except Garrus post-loyalty mission, but I spent his points elsewhere) being able to give them all Swiss Army Knife bullets was damn handy. Great against nothing but good against everything.

Drain is probably better, but not so much that I'd use a bonus power on it.
It would seem very good for a class like an adept. Would give the adept a way to handle shields

What power would u recomend rather than ED?

I vote for overload, simply because the stun is nice and also because I like my bonus power to be reave for sentinel.

Lot of folks like reave, myself included.

Overload, simply because there are much more synthetic enemies than organic imo..

Actually, theres more organic enemies than synthetic, however theres definitely more shielding than there are biotic barriers.

guys, they both do equal damage to synthetic and shields.
The difference is one stuns synthetics for 3 seconds and overheats weapons for 6 while the other gives you shields for the amount of damage you've done.

I use ED so i can attack Sheilds and Geth and stuff without waitng as long for full shields, it works but i dont do it to offten, im thinking is reave a better choice sepecialy coz i use warp so much as my main offencive and reave may be better at offence
