He unites the galaxy by informing every living life form that the reapers want to kill all the kittens, and puppies and take their cake. The reaper fleet with all technolodgy, and bravado are killed by large animals and large blue aliens with bows and arrows.

I think that's effectively going to be one option. All the races unite and fight against the Reapers, winning a glorious victory. Kinda like the United Nations except with the unit, fight and win bits.

I see your "Worst ME3 ending possible" and raise it one "Ewoks take out the Reaper Fleet".

Orbital bombardment > Arrows.

Worst [for the galaxy] ending: the reapers coming through a wormhole and only the Normandy and Verner's shuttlebus are at the opening to stop them.

I kind of like Highdragonslayer's ending.

Conrad Verner flies a ship into the Reaper Harbinger's drive core, blowing him up, effectively ending the threat as the Reapers retreat forever into Dark Space.

On the way to the ship, Verner tells Shepard to tell his son that he loves him.

He then yells "I'M BAAAAAAAAAAACK!" as he crashes into the Reaper.

Edit: Or whatever that guy from the end of Independence day yelled.

Can't forget Tali and her folks at the flotilla. They will return to their homeworld, uncloth themselves, and behold! Blue Night Elves! ... riding atop their geth beasts shooting Reaper troopers. And yes, the kittens will help beside them too.

Why is it that I see this actually happening...

As the Reapers appear to be a post singularity civilization, the technology difference is effectively equivalent to mechs and guns vs bows and arrows.

Worst ending: Harbinger defects from his Reaper kin and sets himself up as overlord of the galaxy, slowly hunting down the last species and turning them into husks. Saren appears out of nowhere to stop him, but can Saren be trusted?

(Why only stop at Night Elves if you're going to WC3 it?)

And on a serious note: Reapers winning.

The ending I saw the first time was bad enough... four dead teammates, made me play again and import three ME1 saves just to get a better shot at it... but I lol'd at the Ewoks reference... but the Avatar and Blue Night Elves bit is just too close to home... It's scary. Quarians *are* kinda thin and lithe like elves...

To add on to that the reason why the reapers wanted to kill every organic being was to get money of course, even though they already got the area they wanted they just wanted to kill everything just to be evil.

It turns out element zero is actually souls that are condensed and warped by dark matter. The reapers were created to make sure that the Mass Relays never run out of juice by an ancient and powerful race who travel all throughout the universe.

The Protheans discovered this and realized that in slightly more than 50,000 years they would return and the reapers would need to "fill up" the Mass Relays in the area completely to make sure the ancient race can come back. They messed with the genetic material of ****** Sapiens so that by the time the Reapers started culling again an organic weapon would be born to stop them. That weapon is Shepard.

In order to stop the Reapers and their masters a lone Prothean has been put in stasis all this time in order to help awaken the organic weapons true potential.(This Prothean becomes a squad member for the last part of the game)

With the help of Prothey, Shepard unlocks his super soul master form and single handedly defeats the reapers and their masters and saves all the sentient life in the galaxy. The game ends with council not believing Shepard because there is no evidence and they continue to use element zero and the mass relays.

Then Shepard gets pissed and starts harvesting their souls to be ironic, then uses those souls to create more of those like him, and every 50,000 years he creates more of him!

Lmao, I'd love it if the reapers won. Be totally unexpected and in the face of every other happy sci-fi ending ever existed

The Volus will kill those big bad reapers with inordinate amounts of vole currency thrown at them. Nothing works like a bribe

The way I see it, the mother of the father of the cousin of the sister of all insanely hard moral choices is...

Well, something happens and you must put yourself in danger's way. To save the galaxy you have to put your entire squard - Love interests, Garrus, loyal squadmates, some annoying Verner guy, and Tali, etc etc - in harm's way; thus, killing them (so when you continue your game they will be dead). OR you can save them but have the reapers wipe out most of the galaxy (if not all) but eventually defeated by your team.

Idk about you guys, but I hope Bioware doesn't do this... after all, I would always choose my squadmates over the galaxy that never appreciated me.
