Here's my scenario:

The ending becomes so intense and epic that half way through the final cutscene, a screen pops up, making you enter your credit card info to be able to see the rest of the scene.

I believe that mass effect 3 will come out on 12/21/2012...so the possible ending..

At the end of ME3, the Bioware staff is shown on the TV screen and announces that Obsidian Entertainment will be developing the rest of the Mass Effect trilogy.

Ashley Williams makes her first appearance right at the end after you've just defeated the reaper fleet and shoots you for working for cerberus.

they do make a human reaper and its average human size, then grabs shepard by the throat, throws him on the ground face first, and proceeds to anally rape him, then shepard turns out to like it and allows all the reapers to do this to him thus creating peace between organics and reapers

It should be coming out in 2011.

What I've always though should happen, though, is Shepard's insides should explode for never using the restroom.  Or eating.

One fatal flaw in your idea there is that Obsidian can't develop the rest of the mass effect TRILOGY if your on mass effect 3. Just though I'd point that out since I'm picky like that. :> As for the ending I'd want to see shepard defeat the final boss then pull off the mask and lo and behold, its Conrad Verner!

Shepard and Team die horribly in the opening act, again. The Reapers are destroying the entire Galaxy until finally a new hero emerges and assembles a crack team out of Refund Guy, Conrad Verner, Morlan, and Dylanynder and manages to defeat the Reapers in a climactic battle leaveing all the galaxy worshipping at the feet of their new savior Spectre Udina.

Commander Shepard defeats the Reapers, and then a flash of light blinds him. You hear a loud hiss, and then your eyes shoot open. You fall forwards, a cryogenic pod behind you. You hear people around you, loud noises and lots of shouts. You look up to see a hologram nearby.



"Master Chief, we need you."



You bury your face in your hands, and begin to weep.

2. Shepard wakes up on Oceanic Flight 815 reading a Book titled Mass Effect.

3. Underpants gnomes! would explain the harvesting....
