Shepard is looking out of the Normandy SR-3 front window, and he sees a single Reaper rapidly approaching. Before Shepard and his team board the Reaper and destroy it from the inside, Shepard turns to his loyal friend and boarding companion Garrus and says,  "Bring me my red shirt."

Garrus, confused by this request, asks Shepard why he wants a red shirt. Shepard replies, saying, "If my teammates see that my clothes have blood on them during battle, they will know that I am injured and will lose morale, possibly costing us the fight. Wearing a red shirt would conceal the blood, and knowing that I am 'uninjured' would inspire my teammates to fight harder and with more resolve."

After donning his red shirt, Shepard and company board the Reaper, quickly dispatching it from the inside and narrowly escaping back on to the Normandy before the Reaper cataclysmically explodes.

When back on the Normandy, Shepard again looks out the Normandy viewing area, only this time he sees an entire fleet of Reapers, with hundreds, maybe thousands of the sentient ships rapidly approaching them.

Calmly, Shepard turns to Garrus once again and says, "Bring me my brown pants."

can't wear the red shirt... she'd die out of blue for no reason and you'd spend the rest of game playing Niftu Cal.... oops maybe I just came up with the worst entire play through.

The Reapers end up really being these guys: http://infamous.wikia.com/wiki/Reapers
They are conduits and are just humans born with powers, so they end up being suffocated to death in space unless they can breathe in space.

Once the Alliance and Shepard's squadmates group up in a large armada, minutes from fighting the Reapers, an ancient mechanical being makes a random appearance. It then kills all the Reapers with one powerful blast, making all the preparations that Shepard made in the other two Mass Effect games pointless.

The worst possible ending for ME3? The reapers will not be defeated and will be our enemy throughout the franchise.

shepard saves the day and the reapers are destroyed thanks to geth intervention.
your save file is analyzed and every minor or major choice and your decisions (including who you took on each mission and when you talked to them) are read back to you (starting with me1).

by an elcor.

What!? That would be awesome!

The Reapers hear of the adventures of Blasto, the Hanar spectre, and decide to make a Reaper out of the Hanar.

"THIS ONE IS MOST PLEASED TO BE YOUR GENETIC DESTINY."

However, the Hanar Reaper considers it impolite to extinguish all organic life, so it convinces the other Reapers to leave.

The King Reaper is so massive its gravitational pull is as big as a planet's. Therefore Shepard and his team land on it in the Mako, proceed to drive around its strangely familiar looking outer shell and enter into a small warehouse, fight a bunch of baddies and flip a switch.

With the right dialog choices, Shepard can romance a Reaper. The other Reapers are so moved by their true love that they decide to let organic life live. The game ends with Shepard's and the Reaper's wedding ceremony.

BABYLON 5 SPOILER ALERT!

With full Paragon or Renegade, Capt... Commander Sherid... Shepard can order the Shad... Reapers to "get the hell out of our galaxy".

Quite easy....

There is a huge, ugly face appearing telling you:

Thank you for paying 60$ for this thing. It´s over now, f*ckers!

After 5 minutes in the game, that is.

they do make a human reaper and its average human size, then grabs shepard by the throat, throws him on the ground face first, and proceeds to anally rape him, then shepard turns out to like it and allows all the reapers to do this to him thus creating peace between organics and reapers

To be fair KoToR II would have been an awesome game if it weren't for Obsidian being horribly rushed and having to push out the game as an unfinished mess.

Modders have finally finished the massive project to rebuild and finish KoToR II. The complete, finished game is amazing and much better then KoToR I in my opinion. If you still have the game you should google the KoToR II Restoration Project and play the game as it was intended.

what about being able to train Hanharr as a dark jedi (Obsidion wanted to do it, but Lucas said no (i still don't know why lucas doesn't want any more jedi/sith wookies))

i got a few

1. Shepard and is Fleet are about to be destroyed, then out comes Dr. Robotnik, who spreads th PINGAS virus among the reapers, causing them to kill themselves. Robotnik becomes the hero and Shepard and his crew all go "WTF!?"

2. 4kids censors everything and turns out, the reapers don't kill people, they send them to the 'Shadow Realm', after sending the Reapers to the shadow realm, everyone who was sent there by the Reapers comes back to life. happy ending.

There is absolutely no way to beat the Reapers, they will always win. You then realize you spent a combined 75 hours to achieve nothing.

Actually having the Reapers be impossible to beat would be interesting, no one would see it coming and it would be a real downer.

After Shepard defeats the Reapers, we learn that Thane lied about his disease being contageous. Shepard and all of his squadmates then drop dead, and the Alliance decides to recruit Joker, Conrad Verner, Captain Bailey, Captain Anderson, an Elcor, a Hanar, and Udina to fight the future enemies and be the main characters of the next Mass Effect game.

Its the last stage of ME3.

The Reapers are bearing down on the Citadel, the united forces of the Alliance, Council, Quarians, Geth and Rachni stand at the ready to take them on.

Shepard is on the bridge of the Normandy and orders ships to fire...

Cuts to black. End credits.

Rocks fall, everyone dies.

The worst ending that I could actually see happening is not defeating the reapers so they can suck more money out of us, as many have already mentioned.
