Harbinger kills Shepard, who goes up to heaven and meets some Prothean gods who tell him it's not his time yet. Then Joker brings Shepard back to life with a sock full of magic pixie dust. Shepard gains super powers and rips Harbinger's face off, and the rest of the Reapers run away. Oh, and one of them is a human Reaper. With balls.

Personally I like the concept without the sarcasm. I have thought that this could actually be a potential ending. Renegade Shep is recognized by the Reapers as being the most powerful being in existence, so they give him the choice of being recruited. Shep joins Reapers, and the Reapers win. That would be pretty funny.

The reapers dont actually care about the sentient space faring races. They were after kittens, and liquifying a race of cats perferbly kittens for best liquifying paste to make a kitten Reaper. And we allow them to do this so they leave us alone.

So ME3 the entire game will be Harbinger chasing Shepard and Souljah boi while chanting "teach me how to dougie"

They leave it on a cliff hanger, and 20 years later Bioware bring out a movie showing what happened

Shepard was just in a tv show, the Reapers made the Galaxy, just to watch Shepard, they are coming to congratulate him for a great run of several series now, and give him a prize, but they will kill Jacob for nearly spoiling it. And then there will be cake.

Rather than just one, here are 5 equally terrible endings:



-Shepard wakes up on the toilet. When he leaves you see that he is a Macdonalds uniform and isn't actually Shepard, but a 16 year old nerd.



-Shepard is simply the imagination of a cat.



-The Reapers are coming to spread love, not destroy. Everyone joins hands and dances.



-Earth is destroyed



-The Reapers wipe out the Milky Way. Pretty much cofines any potential future games based in the Mass Effect universe to prequels.

The Turian councilor dismisses the final cutscene, leaving us to wonder how the trilogy ended for all of eternity.

You end up teaming with the Reapers to take out the bigger threat. The shifty looking cows.

I think an ultimate sacrifise ending would be terrible. One where shepard and his closest friends all die to save the galaxy. But unfortunately i have a feeling that this is how it will end.
