2. After having been resurrected in ME2, Shepard dies at the end of ME3 but his memory transcends his mortality as the savior of the universe and he rises up into the annals of history thus completing the already tired Osiris/Jesus motif yet again.

After the final battle when all the reapers are destroyed we see the team Shepard recruited for the second suicide mission all looking at Shepard who is fiddling with his omnitool making the holographic reaper blow up then rewind then blow up again all the while chuckling to himself. After about five times replaying it Shepard's love interest smacks the omnitool giving Shepard a cold look. Shepard then clears his throat and says, "Ahem... Yes well, thats how its going to work in theory anyway. We all have our tasks, lets get to work. (Insert motivational speech about how "Were the galaxy's last hope, and were fighting for all organics and whatnot)" This ending also sets up the re-playability of ME3.



Or replace omnitool and holographic vid with a crayon and napkin. (Also ad in some "Whooshes", a couple of "Kieblams" and a healthy smattering of "Whashoooooom!s" maybe with a final "blamo" or two.)

At the end of ME3, a portal opens on our TV screens, allowing the Reapers to go through the portal into the real world. Then all of humanity on Earth gets killed and enslaved by the Reapers.

After finally taking out the reaper threat forever, the universe starts going... fuzzy....really fuzzy.

Things start clearing up, and you are looking down at a bed... Conrad Verner wakes up and says, "Wow... what a great dream.  I should write a movie about this."


A shrill female voice from outside the room says, "Conrad!  Get up already, it's noon you lazy worthless bum."  The voice continues but grows muted as Conrad gets a dejected look on his face, sighs, and stands up to carry on his sad life.

Shepard ends up figuring out that he has had the "shallow hal" spell cast on him so as he is having sex with Miranda, she suffocates him. The entire 3rd game ur also not allowed to leave the ship or talk to anyone else besides Miranda so the outcome is inevitable.

you figure out that you were the one who attacked the citadel and it was all an illision, ala fight club



and when you romance your LI and ME puts in some total nudity and a long shocking suprise package when they're going at it, your shepard dies from shock

The lead Reaper is actually Micheal Jackson and to save the Universe Shepard has to have a dance off to Thriller to save the universe.



Then after the last nut grab, and shout.



The screen goes fuzzy, and then the screen goes to a shot of Casey Hudson writing in a Princess diary about the plotline. Writing and underlining that that would be the best video game EVER! As he throws himself onto his bed and hugs a pony pillow.



Though I can't tell if that would be the worst OR BEST ending.

You and Tali take back her homeworld and with reaper technology her immune system is fixed in like a day instead of 60 years and you can actually be with her. then Legion kills her ( hint towards converstation between legion and Tali in the game) and then does the robot dance and walks away.

After beating the game, the camera pans out to the autistic biotic Gillian Grayson playing with a snow globe containing a small toy ship that looks like the Normandy.  Paul Grayson is overheard in the background saying that she has been staring at it for hours, and he wonders what she's been daydreaming.

Fade to Black.

Controllers are thrown in anger.

Gamers heads explode.

A tragic ending would suck ass, unless you just suck at the game.
