Commander shepard dies in an elevator crash before the final battle because the combined weight of grunt shepard and wrex. Finally in a last ditch effort, ewoks, volus, gun guns, the all elchor cast of hamlet, and a bunch of nerd raging 5 year olds on xbox live band toget with sling shots and human fiecies and pelt the reapers until they explode from laughing to hard. A new mass effect game  is anounced that will be co-developed by bungie and infinty ward where you will play as a half volus/half ewok . The Story is also writen by George lucas.\\

P.S. , also Blasto takes a bullet and dies for Jar Jar Binks.

Just as the Reapers fly in and Shepard gets ready to yell "Attack!" :

Everyone freezes in place, their mechanized suits and armor disappears and is replaced by clothing that looks annoyingly similar to what Ali Baba would wear, Saren appears in the corner sitting on the floor with his legs crossed and a flute in his hand, and the entire galaxy's-worth of inhabitants, led by Shepard and ressurected Sovereign, break out into a tightly coordinated Bollywood Indian dance number.

A bug in the game program suddenly sends illegal instructions to the cpu, locking the audio and video subsystems in infinite loops. It's Mass Effect - the Musical, now and forever...or it's a reboot.

My take on the worse Mass effect 3 ending? Starting with a default mass effect 2 character. The choices your defaulted on suck.

Shepard starts giving the battle speech just as the reapers are about to enter the milky way , when he's done you get two choices.

1.Apologize for ancient organics destroying a young Reaper.(Reaper IFF)

2.The final mission:(Paragon Option)Negotiate organics surrender as a distraction keeping Harbinger talking , while Legion/Tali upload a  modified geth/reaper virus.While talking you have to move at certain times to keep Legion/Tali from being spotted.

(Renegade option : You don't distract Harbinger and it's a fight to the finsh , ruthlessly killing Harbinger with the Normandy the Reapers run away scared.)

An ending like KotOR II. You destroy another Reaper and then Shepard heads off to finally defeat them once and for all.... and the game ends with the Normandy flying into the distance with the fate of you, your party members, and the galaxy unknown. 5 years later, they announce a Mass Effect MMO set 300 years after the trilogy so you'll still never know what happened.

Just as Shepard is about to defeat the Reaper King, Wrex shows up and reveals he was working with the reapers all along. Shepard and Wrex have an endless showdown of words to end the game.
