So did you think that humans having different accents was off-putting? Quarians are a species made by Bioware if they wanna give them different accents so be it they feel more diverse to me with different accents and I like it.

Reegar was awesome. He was the only non-recruitable npc in the entire game that I really wished I could recruit.

reminds me a bit of kirrahe from ME1 in terms of character, too bad I have yet to see the good captain in ME2 . . . I saved his salarian behind after all. Reegar does seem like an obvious choice for ME3 if he survives, but will he be willing to be nonhostile towards the geth if the admirality board can be persuaded to?

He also did the voice for Superman in Doomsday, I think it was called. Proof that through Adam, Kal'Reegar is Superman/quarian.

Well, he did Dutch in ODST. So he's certainly done VO before.

Was that a big part? I haven't played ODST heard it had a lot from the cast of Firefly though.

Well, to be honest I would have liked to see every alien species have a distinctive accent.  These are aliens, they don't have the same vocal apparatus as humans -- even if they learned to speak English (or whatever language humans speak in the future), it's very unlikely that they could do so without each species having a distinctive accent.

Well besides the Hanar and the Elcor we really have no idea how the aliens vocal systems work. So times like these you just have to sit back an enjoy the game and not worry too much about the game being super realistic and more about it being believable and I think ME pulls that off.

Yeah, very true.  It's a game and a lot of it is inherently implausible (FTL travel with no time dilation, etc.).  It's a great game and definitely pulls off the "immersion factor" very well, so I'm complaining about nothing really.

Need him to still be saying that at the start of ME3 to Tali and her to remind him AGAIN to call her Tali and him to respond "I'll try Ma'am"

Then maybe at the end of the game he does call her Tali.

I agree that he should be an optional party member or at least a very influential member in helping Shepherd unite the Quarians and the Geth. He came across to me as someone whom knows going into straight combat with Geth would be stupid for his race.

Oh and Kal'Reegar needs to go to 'New Canton' (mentioned by the crew in the crew quarters) and become the hero of it

I liked Kal'Reegar too. He seemed cool/unique enough to be squad material. It would be nice if you could recruit him in 3. But I'd settle for him just having a bigger roll. Like Anderson in ME1. I'm getting the feeling that ME3 will have a lot to do with the Quarian race so I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see him return. Could have some pivotal roll in going to war against the Geth (if thats what you recommended) or avoiding it (and maybe going against that crazy chick Xen).
