I completed the loyalty mission with Grunt. I know when you complete the loyalty missions you get to unlock a new ability. After the mission was over I switch out Grunt without upgrading his new ability at the time. When I picked him later the game tells me his isn't loyal to me yet and I can't pick the new ability. I have the alternate suit (costume) and the achievement for gaining his loyalty but I can't upgrade the ability. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same bug, the only solution for me was to replay the mission, and go to the squad screen right after the mission accomplished screen, then it worked.
