So I figured out how to export various textures from the game... and I understand how to place those textures in the override directory so I can see them in-game, but I'm having a hard time trying to actual edit the texture itself.

Is there a way to edit the texture and see how it would look on a 3d model?  It's a bit difficult to to understand what the different pieces are in the texture without seeing it drawn on an object.

I own a copy of Photoshop CS4 Extended, and I believe it's capable of this sort of thing... is there a way to extract say the human female model, load it up in Photoshop, and apply one of the game's robe textures to it so I can mess around with the texture?  How do others do this?

Thanks..

If you got the toolset, you can see the results there. It takes into account the various tints available. And the robes and armor stuff is all tinted. Well you can extract the whole model and display it in a 3d program with texture or so.. you need a program able to import such 3d models thou.

But the toolset should do it, although i dont know if it requires reloads or just refreshes inbetween edits.
