I pre-ordered vai GameStop's partner Trymedia for the deluxe edition of Dragon Age. I have downloaded the full client twice and one of the cab files contains a corrupt file.  7z comes back with CRC errors related to the following path

'\\data\\env.rar: CRC failed in packages\\core\\env\\brc101d\\brc101d.rim. The file is corrupt' 

I attempted to use rar repair to no avail. With that file out of commision it fails the install when it reaches it. The reply time for this company's help system is terrible. They love the canned response but no real hands on help desk. I am attempting to redownload via a frends and move the files back to my PC. But it's been three days of pay but no play.

Anyone else have similar issues or am I just rowing my own boat? <_<  I do not blame Bioware or Electronic Arts for this companies bad downloader package. I am soooo looking forward to playing DragonAge.

Hello! Hear my inner GEEK ROAR!!!!



I used the 'rar repair tool' to extract and correct the file. I then rebuilt the env.rar archive. I was then able to install and run the game. No help from 'try media' cam to my rescue. Pick myself off the ground and got it working.
