When wondering around the place listening to news report my Shepard was kind of happy to hear that the old treaties on restricting Dreadnaught construction is being ignored by the Turians. By creating political instability in the council, the member races building up arms is creating a situation where when the reapers do attack the chances of success are greatly improved.
