If you let Jowan out of his cell in Redcliffe and say something to the effect of "I never want to see you again", he escapes and you can then get a quest from the chanter's board called Jowan's Intentions. It says to travel along the road near the Brecilian Forest but the random encounter will not trigger. After a few minutes of googling, it seems that on the PC it is an actual location you travel to and not a random encounter, and that the location won't open up unless you cheat. The quest seems to be complete on the PC version from what I hear, but it's impossible to access on the XBOX 360.
It sounds like a great quest and I'd love a chance to do it if this issue can be resolved.
Jowan's Intentions does not work.

as far as i know, it's bugged and will never be able to be accessed.

I have seen that it is bugged as well, the only way to do it apparently is to use the debug thing on PC. Annoying; I wanted to do this quest
