I hope we'll see all the ones from ME1 and ME2 as squadmates. Well at least the ones that aren't busy with important things like Wrex or Liara (though I can see her playing heavily into the game as Shepard's main source of info and helping with the shadow broker) or potentially dying like Thane or Mordin if he is old for a salarian.

If Thane or Mordin aren't in ME3 as squad mates, I hope we'll have something like Mordin's favorite nephew in his place (and he's a bit like Mordin as well.) or Thane's son as replacements.
