I hope that an early mod changes the female underwear to resemble Morrigan's bra-top thingy (and whatever the corresponding lower half would be... some kind of pagan lingerie, perhaps?), just so that she doesn't make some bizarre transition from one bra to another in the romantic climax.

I agree.  I think the default sort of fits Leliana though, I'd like something a little more feminene on her, but the default is okay.  I am good with Alistair and Zevran just being shirtless, that is way more attractive than them in their diaper thing.  <_<
