[Revenege]

I have been playing mass effect for a couple of weeks now and am finally at the end game. I reach the part on virmine when you need to choose which party member dies, i chose ashley to live. Upon going down the elevator and killing everything i realize that i have become stuck. No cutscene has occured and I am unable to go back up the elevator as well i can't speak to ashley who's still working on the nuke. Any ideas of how to get unstuck?

EDIT; sorry never mind i fixed it.
