 After playing through 3 times I've decided I want to try some mods.  I thought I knew what I was doing but I think I broke my updater!!

I did try to download a couple of files.  I got Alistair's Dialog Tweaks and it looks as if it is ok --- it even comes up on the list of "downloaded content" along with Warden's Keep, etc.  The game starts.  (I didn't play too far because I didn't want to mess up any previous saves)

Now I can't see to get the updater to work AT ALL.  I don't know what happened.  I'd love to install some more mods...

If someone can help me, please PM me privately, or please point me to a nice tutorial or FAQ on how to do this.  This is the first game I've played that allows players to mod, and I find that quite exciting... I just don't want to break my game.

NEVER MIND!  I ended up using a restore point and it seems to be working fine now
