What I want confirmation of..one way or another is this:

Is Duncan dead?  

I'll leave you to chew on the response for that one.

See I suspect Bioware of being very tricksey...having surprise endings up their sleeves.....

I seriously doubt that you will ever get any information about if Duncan is dead or not from the Devs until they are ready to let us know n I have a feeling that will be in an expansion... First of all it's to much fun to have us speculate, second of all they may already have plans... I'm sure well find out but not from their mouths so to speak lmao... It's called the lets wait n see game

I know I won't .. And I know they love us speculating, probably causes them some laughter along the way.   We are an entertainment source...this I know hehe.

Still fun to speculate, especially when I have a strong hunch about something.

I propose a compromise: Duncan wears boxer briefs made out of knives under his skirt.

Thats not a skirt..its a kilt..mon.

A kilt is a type of skirt, but it's not a kilt as a kilt is only knee length.

Why kill him when the Architect would have better uses for him? ^^

But in the book The Architect said that he cant control the other darkspawn if there blood thirst is too strong and the darkspawn at Ostagar looked really bloodthirsty to me .

I haven't read any of the books...but we DO know that Duncan was getting near his time..in other words the taint was getting stronger.....and he would very shortly have to go down to the Deep Roads and end his life that way.   That is mentioned by Alistair in one of the camp talks.

And besides with all those bodies to feast on..I suppose by the time they got to Duncan..they may have been satiated? Just speculating how it all could take place.

Didnt you see the cutscene ? He was the only one alive and there was a horde of darkspawn running at him.
