I know it's a little late for ME1 but how hard would it be to add a title update or DLC that allows you to respec your character? Made a bit of mistakes and I wanna fix it without having to restart my character. The game is single-player so it isn't a huge problem I guess.

Bump. How hard will this be to implement? A ticket in the Normandy shop to respec would be nice and I'd assume would be really easy to add.

apart from the redistribution of squad points you can do at the research terminal?

After the Horizon mission, you can use the research station to redistribute your skill points.
Beyond that it's no more difficult than you restarting the game and either importing your ME1 character or making a new one.
