I cannot purchase points using either the credit card or PayPal methods.  If I try using the credit card option, when you get to the point where you click continue after entering your payment information, it errors out with a message just saying an error has occured, please try again.

Using the PayPal option, after you choose your PayPal account and click continue, it comes back with an error stating the status of my invoice is invalid and to check my inbox for a link to retry the transaction.  I haven't received any e-mails, and not sure what else to try at this point.

Any ideas?

I also am unable to buy points. I have tried off and on since Tuesday. It always says unable to verify credit card. Yes I have checked that I am entering the info in correctly. I even called my bank and they said my account was working as intended. I have bought stuff online elsewhere, it is just this site I am unable to purchase from. I even tried on a different pc. Please let me know what I need to do or offer a solution to this issue. Thank you.

The site seems impossibly sluggish at the moment. I've been trying to purchase 400 points, and after finally hitting the continue button, it's been stuck on "waiting for https://"... for probably an hour. I'm about to cance;: I just hope my card hasn't been charged without getting any points...

UPDATE: The sluggishness is gone, and I was just able to purchase 400 points via credit card with no problems.
