close, but not true digitigrade. there's no extra joint (or rather no extended heel), her legs just curve back slightly. Good call though. That's probably the best/closest way to describe it

If you look at the character select screen right before a mission, she does look digitigrade. I think they captured her in the middle of a toe raise or something in her idle animation.

yeah, she stands on her tip-toes a lot, but most of the time she just stands flat-footed. perhaps they meant for her legs to be somewhere between avian-digitigrade and "recurved" human.

NPC-itis.  It's a disease that afflicts most NPCs, rendering them helpless while a hero is close enough to help them.
