Asari's don't need physical contact to meld with other beings, so Tali wouldn't need to take off her suit... But no child born of the union would ever be "theirs"... Much easier to adopt.

Well, it would make for an awesome offspring.  I'm sure the idea of a surrogate mother isn't totally foreign to Asari... well, ok, it would be sort of foreign, considering the intimacy Asari reproduction requires.

Personally, I want to see Tali's face, but I would be happy with whatever it was. This picture is canonically wrong due to the lack of lips and the presence of ears.

The very fact that Asari reproduction is entirely void of need to have the father's actual DNA material, leads me to believe that they'd be quite different inside as well... Not to mention that bodies tend to try and reject anything in their body not recognizable, alien DNA would definitely be that, and transplanted quarian or human baby may very well be killed in the womb(If they even have a womb)
