How do you think the governments of the world would react if Tali or any other Alien showed up on earth. There would obviously be quarantines and questioning (If they could understand the alien). Do you think they would torture her? I, for one, think that the people of the Earth and  too xenophobic for an Alien encounter, I mean we can't accept each other most of the times. Imagine someone from a different planet with different languages and religious beliefs. We would be screwed...
