Indecisive tali fan : I like tali and all but when I talked with the anti tali people they said that she was the worst character in mass effect and "sob" they also said that...she was a...MAN !!!

Tali'Zorah Vas Neema Nar Rayya.

Name +Family + adult ship/home + where you were born.

Thus her full name at the end is Tali'Zorah Vas Normandy Nar Rayya. I doubt they would ever use the Nar section in polite conversation with an adult Quarian.
