What happens to her recruitment mission in this case? Want to start again and with Tali in squad from the very beginning. Still, don't want to screw up whole game. Any advises?

Supposedly it's stable (haven't tried it myself).  You can take Tali along on her own recruitment mission, though it doesn't do anything extra besides look bizarre.

but any way its a trial and its on illium its probably just some powerful drug that lets the volus think they can do without there suits up until they rupture under the atmospheric pressure.
I just hope some kind of mission wether DLC or ME3 addresses the Evo/Exo suit thing for tali and the quarians heck even the volus and that new race on the cerberus network its gotta be heart breaking trapped in those things.

Would you be surprise to find out that among the french people there is many tali fan?
Most of them...no all of them are men.
