I found a youtube recording of the 'romance' of Miranda.  Her's is weak.  It is carnal and decadent, nothing more.  Tali's is pure, sweet and genuine. 

Tali's if by far the most genuine LI in the game IMO. Pure, sweet and genuine sums it up very well. I don't get that from any of the other LIs. Didn't really get it in the first game either with Liara or Ash.

I'm making the moves on Miranda this playthrough. It feels totally wrong and I'm hating it.

Dates for LI. Spill drinks with Jacob. Etc.

Shepard flame on Torfan.... Gallery shooting of irate batarians.
Shepard ..... forget what it's called on Elysium... can't think of anything to shoot.

Actually the Jack LI scene if you do it right and dont just jump her bones at the first offer is better than the Miranda one imo. It's borderline tali style in that she is more of a sensitive hurt girl looking for support, not that Tali ever shows being hurt just nervous. Jack and Tali could be mirror images if Tali had ever allowed what happened in her life to affect her like jack did

I pursued Jack in my first playthrough, simply because I was keeping my options open. In the end I could see where it was going, got bored, became very forward and ended up doing the wild thing with her down in the hold. After that she wouldn't speak to me! lol

Luckily, ending that, paved the way for some Tali

Miranda is easily manipulatable once you do her loyalty mission, and it's a schizoid trip between vulnerability and arrogance. Tali... Tali's just wow, awesome and D'aaaawwww... all rolled into one. Once miranda gave me an ultimatum because she will not share and everyone on the ship must know that Shepard is hers, I lost all feeling for it.

Shepard then proceeded to skip down to engineering to be happy.

I'm not really sure if I could force myself to do that...I'm not really that much into bald women...bald Mad Max women (just in case Tali turns out bald )

Tali's if by far the most genuine LI in the game IMO. Pure, sweet and genuine sums it up very well. I don't get that from any of the other LIs. Didn't really get it in the first game either with Liara or Ash.

Thought Liara's was better than Ashley's, but Tali's outclasses both of them.

You know that ultimatium and the "everyone has to know" bit is why I felt miranda doing it in the engineering bay was a power play on her part. Rubbing her conquest in tali and jack's noses

Oh yeah.... That really got to me. And another way of thinking is she is pulling Shepard down to her level or below her, whereas the other two... heck, all the other LI's come up to see him/her in the captains cabin

Would also enjoy non-shooting options. Additional conversation options. Small favors to persons in need. Similar to Citadel/Omega/Illium sidequests.

Lol You can tell which origin I never played with in 2. I had a hero engineer, but she got deleted for some reason. I can't find her clear data, and I know I beat 1 with her.
