Yes, but cheating has huge consquences in ME3, don't want none of that in my real playthrough.

UNLESS you killed your love interest in ME1...then it doesn't matter

By far the most moveing love intrest in both games, I hope it evolves and persists in Mass Effect 3.

Very true!  The voice acting, the set up, the character herself...all very powerful and I think far more interesting than any of the other characters.  Now as long as they take off that damn helmet I'll be a happy guy!

In my game i envisage a cat fight between ashely and Tali but ashley can go rot somewhere because she called me a trator no fairs .

Its weird playing ME1 again though, the combat is way different hehe. But yeah I just got Tali Now she will never, ever leave m side for the rest of the game, haha.

  Yeah...see...for me, it wasn't really about curing my curiousity initially.  It was all that build up and promises when it came to that "love scene" that got me.  Plus, the way they shot the scene, was horribley done in the way that it is the only time you (the player) get detached from your Shepard character.

@killer: Well that's true, you get a bit distracted from your shep. But at the same time, can't really explain that, the fact that tali shared something that important for her with you and put herself even in danger.
I cannot say for sure if the scene would be the same when you would see her face - imo mystery is win in this particular moment, and it could not haven been resolved without the stitchwork of using that ****y angle

True...and I guess that bring me to the point of it all.  IF they didn't want to reveal her face then they could have made up some kind of excuse and I would have been fine with that (maybe just see what her skin looks like?).  But throughout the ENTIRE game they make it so you, are, Shepard.  All your choices, your actions, everything involves making sure you feel and see what Shepard goes through.  And before you guys have your love scene you can hear in her voice just how badly she wants to be free of the confines of "that damn mask."  But when we get to that point, to us the player, without the payoff, in a way, she still is in the confines of "that damn mask" because we never truly get to see her out of it.  It is the one time in the entire game that we see a different perspective to what our character Shepard is seeing.  From a writing stand point it makes no sense...the only sense it makes is that Bioware was afraid to commit to a character model.

It is actually   Just go to my DeviantArt page: Imagineye.Deviantart.com and find the pic you want in my gallery.  Look to the left and you should see the button that says "download."  That will be the largest resolution size I have of that picture
