Actually, since the Geth feel nothing, they're MORE likely to try to kill the quarians, it's a matter of self-preservation, and them having no feelings makes it worse because they use cold logic instead of reason.

EDIT: I mean Legion using the first chance he got to try to send information about the Flotilla back to the other Geth is proof of that, and Tali wasn't even threatening Legion 'til that point, it's simply a cold hard self-preservation instinct.

That is why all the Geth must die, how long 'til they feel that other humans are a threat?

And i am sure that the geth are willing to work something out.

Let's put it this way, if your toaster, which is a damn machine, suddenly rose up and kicked you out of your own home, how would that make you feel?

The fact that the Geth are soulless machines doesn't seem to be getting across well to you people, them being self-aware doesn't make them people or give them souls or feelings, it simply means they KNOW they exist.

It depends on how you look at it. I would see Miranda's as a fling, though that isn't in ME1. I personally don't remember much from ME1, because it's been about 3 years since I've played it.

I never viewed ME 1 LI as flings......I think people assume that since you can romance others in 2.   Besides if you are faithful to them you know that shepherd still cares about them according to the cutscene before the suicide mission with the picture.

I agree. I was referring to the comment about Miranda. I think Miranda is smoking hot, not at all unlikeable once she lets her hair down a bit and perhaps that could become more than a fling, yet personally I just don't feel the chemistry (although I do feel the lust).

The beauty of Mass Effect is that you probably do either. If you want to help the quarians exterminate the geth then Bioware will probably let us. Or if you want to help them reach a peaceful arrangement, Bioware will probably let us do that too. They'll probably even let us help the geth to destroy the quarians.

I understand that. And I see that their logical, self-preserving way of 'thought' can be used to the Quarians benefit.

Legion said that the non-heretic Geth don't even need to live on the Homeworld, they're preserving it more than anything. They prefer to spend their time in space, as it's easier to mine asteroids and such for minerals that way.

Someone said before, that if the Quarians made a trade with the Geth, their homeworld for a good portion of their fleet, that the Geth would most likely accept. The Qurians gain their homeworld, while the Geth have more ships to use for their hubs and mining operations, as well as not having to preserve the Homeworld any longer.

PS: "Good portion of their fleet".. not sure how much that'd be. Enough as to 'please' the Geth, but not so much as to quell their space-faring tendencies

I too am excited  the Cerberus armor looks good, and it seems they addressed that fact that people don't like the helmets being unremoveable on DLC armor by giving the Cerberus armor a clear visor.

I never really minded the helmets not being removeable.
