Some people take it a bit far, but the general idea is that we all support Tali as a returning character in ME3. And please, let's not even begin to compare the writing at BioWare to that of Twilight. That's a totaly different topic, that doesn't even merit discussion.

Though some people take it slightly too far sometimes, we're all here to have fun and talk about our favorite character is all. And so far, it's been quite fun doing so!

All fun and games.  Playful banter and uh...making scary things in your free time...are two completely different things.

Legion states the Geth do not spend much time on the Quarian homeworld, that what little time they do spend there is spent primarily on clearing up damage from the war and care-taking. Legion also states that the Geth reside on space stations as this is far more efficient for them to operate and mine asteroids. Since the Geth do not need air, water, food, etc. and they get their raw materials from asteroids there is no logical reason for the Geth to hang on to the worlds. The Geth are logical beings.

Depending on which conversations you bring Legion along to, it also becomes clear that the Geth are willing to consider peace with the Quarians, however since there has been a 100% result of the Quarians attacking the Geth whenever they thought they could beat them, the Geth are skeptical that the Quarians are willing to seek peace. If someone either runs away because they feel you are stronger, or attack you if they perceive you to be weaker than them just how are you supposed to propose peace?

With increased popularity comes increased disdain from those who do not share the views of the group, and are subjected to hearing + seeing it constantly. I agree completely that Mordin is one of the greatest characters, and I still love having him around. Same with Liara, I adore her, and she was my LI on my very first time playing ME, so I have good memories of her (I also understand her in ME2, unlike the vast majority).

I wouldn't think so, Mordin, Thane, and Garrus have tons of fans, it just seems that this party, it just very vocal, as this has been stated a lot in other threads.

Personally, Garrus was my favorite in ME1, thought Tali took that cake, she's really developed from ME1, to ME2, and I like her character a lot. That being said, Garrus is still my bro, and Thane or Mordin would be #3

Of course, just because i like Tali doesn't mean i hate all the other characters. I like all the characters in ME2 (even Jack lol) Mordin in particular is another of my favs, that guy is awesome and has a pretty darn good singing voice lol.

I seriously could talk about Tali and Mass Effect for hours and hours. I like every squadmember and could talk abotu them, but seriously the more I read this thread and repeating my own thoughts, it makes me believe Tali is the main character. Seriously, I feel more connected to her in the story than Shepard. She's got a family, Shepard doesn't. I should have chosen Colinist instead of Earthborn, but really besides the I Remember Me mission, he doesn't talk about his past that much.

I really wish Shepard had a son...and he has a chance of dying in ME3. Wouldn't that be dramatic? If you recruited your own son?

beard to look like that as well. But my beard was not as dark, bit lighter.

Well, Liara didnt complain, Tali hasnt said anything bad about it. And i couldnt really care less about Miranda. No offense. And i have a different scar, mine is on my left eyebrow. Tali digs it. She told me !

Zaheed was cool, but if i had to pick, i'd say he was my least favorite. But again, that doesn't mean that i hate his character at all, he just wasn't one of my favorites. Everyone has their own opinions.

Like what you saw in ME2. Wrex and friends, see how they moved on and changed. That would be cool, but I hope they don't pull a Final Fantasy X-2 like squaresoft did a few years back. That would kill the Mass Effect franchise.

What kind of threat would they face?  It'll take some doing to top the Reapers.
