I don't know.  At least Garrus was no stranger to be a b*****d as long it was done with good intentions.  I think Tali is too good to stay with a renegade shep.

I always play as a renegade Shep, or at least more renegade than paragon. My end-game is probably about 2/3 renegade 1/3 paragon. Also, in my opinion, Tali is somewhat renegade.

she has a strong hate for Ais and geth...maybe even more in ME3...

Is there a chance he could let any squadmate fall? Maybe if they are not loyal but shep managed to hold everone there in all my playthroughs. I´m curious about this one lol.

Yes Tali grew up a great deal, but she's still young at 24 in ME2. She still isn't as renegade as Jack since she never swears except for saying bosh'tet but that could mean anything.

My Shepard's been loosely inspired by 24's Jack Bauer so a healthy mix of the two.  I'm sure, given shep's apparent charisma that he could drown a bag of kittens in acid as long and as he finishes with a paragon speech she'll be by his side.

You're saying Tali's LI would end badly? She seemed fine after the encounter apart from getting sick.

I just didn't see the Liara LI going that way.  This isn't necessarily a bad thing as it forces you to confront the fact that people you've grown to know and love simply won't be in your life any more. It was pretty depressing at the time, to be sure but I value the fact an art medium can make me feel that way.

Yep, I always wished for Tali in ME1 but romanced Liara. Tali & Garrus were my favourites but yeah its funny how it played out. Its like, the feelings between my Shep and Tali were there through their trials together on the original Normandy, but there were things working against it at the time. That underlying feeling stayed constant though even through his romance with Liara, and when I started ME2 I was wondering where Liara was and wanting to go after her. When I first saw Tali I thought "oh my god she's back!" and when she joined me again and Kelly told my Shep how obvious it was to her that Tali was interested in him I just thought "Yes! Finally I can have Tali!" and then by the time I came across Liara she was cold to me and had already moved on.

My Shep felt sad initially knowing Liara wouldn't be in his life anymore but at the same time it didn't end up mattering.. because the one who really loved him was there all along! So when he shared that brief, bittersweet hug with Liara he wasn't sad because he knew the one he loved was standing right next to him the whole time as she always had (and will!)

Well, in his defense, he's just merely throwing out suggestions. The point of this thread is really just to discuss Tali in general. It's in spoilers because, we do talk about a lot of the in game events. Of course, I don't see a problem with people not like Tali, or the fans,  as long as they want to say why in a nice constructive way.

But then my reply was really late.

Yeah my heart sank when she was under that fallen column. Grunt got up like, "What next?" I can't believe Tali was still alive. I'm grateful though.

Fair enough, and sounds good to me. I think we appreciate many of the same qualities in Tali, though my appreciation likely runs just a tad bit deeper....

I respect everyone's opinions really.  My best mate went straight for Miranda, each to own, right?  FYI, he doesn't think Tali is cool but I think it's a more plutonic thing as far as he's concerned.  Everybody needs something to love.

I don't see why somebody would pick miranda. She's just so fake looking. Her face was poorly modeled and it looks like there is somethign wrong with it. I can't really describe. Her accent is hot, but that's all she has going for her, imo.

Speaking of such things, have you watched the video clip for the Garrus-female Shepard romance? There's some powerful emotion conveyed in the cut-scene just before female Shepard and Garrus consumate their love. Touching. See for yourself.

Hm. Well, she still has to consume sustenance which might be able to introduce some bacteria in to her mouth. Besides, even without bacteria there would be the naturally occuring odour of the food she eats sitting around...Still, if the Quarians can seal off different compartments of their suits for repairs why not also for personal hygiene? A bother, sure, but not impossible. Hell, it's possible to drink water and chew on biscuits wearing a military grade gas mask while in a sealed room full of tear gas (I know, I've tried it) so it is do-able, if not exactly pretty.
