Tali is definitely one of the best crew members and has been since the original... however there's a bunch of characters that are amazing between ME1 and ME2.... but it would be nice to still see a friendly face in ME3... or mask.  Tali is extremely useful wit her tech powers and has one of the best personalities of all of the ME characters, even Joker agrees and he's pretty harsh with his opinions of the crew in ME2.  LOL


They need to keep Joker too..... while he doesn't go out on missions, talking to him after each mission gives out some great comedy.  But yeah keeping Tali in ME3 as a teammate makes a lot of sense and would at least keep someone on your team throughout the entire trilogy, not to mention one of the best squad-mates period.

Now imagine this people.... being able to travel with both Wrex and Grunt.... lol.   I can imagine the convos now, and the mess that would be made of all enemies.   

But yeah, I support this thread.... there's only a small handful of original recruitable cast from ME1 in ME2.. I say keep that ball rolling for ME3, or there's gonna be a lot of angry posting from the looks of this thread already  haha

So I beat the game again this time with Tali in my squad against the human reaper and after you kill the sucker she started to slide down the falling platforms.

I was litterally on the edge of my seat like, "Oh my god grab her you moron!"
Fortunately he did. That was close.

Agreed. It's probably the best love scene from BioWare I've seen to date (I haven't watched all of the ME2 love scenes just yet) - that includes all the past BioWare games I've played.

hahaaaaa. yeah i forgot about that. i don't think she killed those salarians, did she? i thought it was just a smoke/flashbang.  Bless her little two-toed socks though, she did try

Yeah reflecting on how its played out so far it just all fits together so well. She was there in all his good and bad times, and even after his death its like she never lost that inkling of a wish for him to show up again some time. Which for my Shep just fits so perfectly, especially given her reaction to him and how she followed him to almost certain death without even a hesitation. The first time on Freedom's Progress they encountered each other, you could almost feel a giant sigh of relief / love coming from her when she realised Shepard was alive. Like her wishes came true over those years, and she never lost hope. With my Shepard realising she was still there, she still had his back even after those years and his death.

Rambling a bit here but I just wanted to share some of how I felt about my Shepard's story with Tali.

And one of the best parts about it: It was never intended to turn out this way. Not initially at any rate. Gotta love true connections that go down in to your bones when least expected.

I mean, just consider this: Presuming Tali doesn't have the physical features of a hairy, wart covered hog in heat, I actually find myself contemplating whether I would be okay with becoming involved with a sentient life form not from Earth with three fingers and two toed feet....And the honest answer that stares back at me from the center of my core is "Yes". I would be okay with being touched by her three fingered hands, etc. It may seem a small thing but for me personally it's actually quite a revelation. I don't expect perfection in human beings but I do have some hang ups about some things from time to time, and something that's clearly alien can set off the alarm bells with me. But not in this case; BioWare have carried out a masterpiece of the ages with ME2 and the ME series in general, IMO.

Yeah KFD & Litos, they really did good on that scene. Its probably the best love scene from Bioware imo, and not just because I love Tali haha

Jack's Paragon love scene and Tali's love scene are the only emotional ones in the game...

Mirandas is bland and Jacks renegade one if just a hook up... the other 2 just have a good character evolution quality to them...

Yeah, well at least Tali's is more like... personal you know. Like, you know, or imagine, what happens later. There's a little more awkward cute talk than humping.
