Hey guys.
Just spent a lot of time playing ME2. Finally did Tali's mission again - and again I loved it. This time I brought Legion along, it was totally awesome and hilarious - and you can make it in time just fine so it's totally worth it if anyone wants to try!
Legion even spoke to some of the admirals regarding the war issue, stating how they don't actually want war and would accept peace if it is possible. Also, I laughed so hard at Admiral Xen because I realized that she's voiced by Morrigan, from Dragon Age, and has the same attitude... I wanted to slap her so hard for that. Honestly, I hate and love Morrigan at the same time, because she's an evil bastard, but an evil bastard with attitude... She has good character because of that and it makes me laugh. Seeing this in ME2 made me fall off my chair.
I also loved how Tali said "For once Legion, we agree" when he said how he doesn't recommend war.
Loved Tali's giggle when you say "Well we can go back and get you exiled if you want". And when you tell her "Come on Tali'Zorah vas Normandy, let's get back to our ship".
Her reaction on her recruit mission to the geth was hilarious. She jumped up when she turned around and saw the geth. Honestly - this is the best way to get to know Legion, he's actually on my top 3 characters now - I asbolutely love him. It's Tali, Legion, Mordin, and then Garrus.
Oh by the way, I just came into Legion's room and he was DOING THE ROBOT DANCE!!! I can't believe I was lucky enough to get it! And I had fraps on! I'll be making a video of random funny stuff I recorded in ME2 soon. That'll be in it! Haha!
I love Legion, I love Tali, and I love her quest too.
It's kind of weird, but I already reached level 30 and a full paragon bar as an Infiltrator BEFORE I even recuited Tali OR did Legion's loyalty mission. I have NO idea how I did that, but that seems like an uber playthrough... and I also switched to hardcore difficulty, which I find so enjoyable to play.
Also I'm playing infiltrator, and I'm actually having fun with it, he's badass and my style - I almost feel as if I should have made this my main playthrough... But the problem with that is that I'm full paragon and some choices that I made weren't exactly what I wanted. I simply wanted to run a strictly paragon playthrough. So this has me in a deadlock... But hey, should be alright, I'll import all my playthroughs into ME3 anyway. And with this one I'm romancing Miranda - I want to, just for the curiosity, except this playthrough is going so well I feel like I would almost ruin it by romancing Miranda and not Tali. Especially after all the cool stuff Tali went through with Legion. I don't know.
My next playthrough, probably engineer, will be Talimance again. However, then I can't bring Legion along to her recruit mission, maybe not even her loyalty mission, since after that there's no time to romance her, you have to go to the collector base right away. Kind of a sad sacrifice, I honestly wish we'd gotten Tali earlier...
But it was awesome. This was a great playthrough, too bad I'm almost done with it. I honestly enjoyed it, and the whole Legion coming around before Tali was totally worth it. Wow, it's my 3rd playthrough and this game still surprises me. Hehe.
Sorry for the long post, I just had to share my thoughts, I've had some real fun today.
