I love tali because she has reached through my chest and taken hold of my heart. Her voice, her accent, her personality, everything about her is perfect. As far as i can tell she doesnt have two batarian eyes but i will love her no matter what she looks like. She isnt a very confident girl when it comes to what she thinks other people think about her, but i just want to hold her in my arms, press her head on my chest, and tell her, "I love you matter what anyone thinks." Then i'll probably sing this

I supposed the fact that i am very expressive with handgestures as well is another appealing feature

Well since I do talk to my entire squad and hear everything they have to say everytime I beat the game I would have learned her personality eventually. It would have been slower..but same result.

True. i didn't have an answer for her bec I just didn't now. The convo with her started bec I joked (half) that I would buy her a Tali costume for Halloween. The have a very similar body style (not feet, legs or hands of course, gotta put in in though or someone would comment)

well if you ask a Miranda fan they'll say they like Miranda just for the looks (Miranda has otherwise no good backstory)

The reason i liek Tali is cuz she reminds me of a girl i like in Real life and also mainly for her personality... her body obviously has something to do with it but i personally like her because she has a good backstory, a good loyalty mission (if not the best) and shes also just cute for some reason... also ugly is a matter of opinion. What someone else thinks is ugly i may not. As an example i think Miranda is ugly because she's fake... she even admits shes genetically engineeered and i just don't dig that... Tali for me is attractive just because she's someone that people may think is unattractive and therefore it's suprising when I fall in love with her.

Um miranda is dressed up as a prostitute, and majority go for someone we cant even SEE, so how does that make us men go for looks, im sure women dont like hunks any more than we like babes, its hipocritical, were both human and we like sex just as much as the other gender, we just express it diferently

Tough question. She certainly wouldn't have sprung to my mind as "love interest" like she did within a minute of meeting her in ME1. I'd probably still like her, as her personality is cool and she is one of only two  of the original crew who trusts you enough to work with you, even with Cerberus.

It is worth looking at the reverse for evidence though. Physical attractiveness does not make a good character, several of the characters seen as good looking are the least attractive to me because of their personalities, opinions and backgrounds.

I can overlook bad looks for a good personality, but I can't overlook a bad personality due to physical attractiveness.

side note w/ Miranda. I love it during her loyalty mission where the eclipe merc tells Miranda she will wait while Miranda finishes getting dressed & can't believe Cerberus lets her walk around like that. Priceless, couldn't stop laughing

Of course I would talk to her if she was ugly, not talking to someone because he´s/she´s ugly or just not your type is pretty F*****up. Tali has more to offer than just her looks, she has so many adorable character traits. Would still love her.
And I think she has grown to most of us during ME1 so it doesn´t matter what she looks like.
