I kinda wonder why the reaper looked like a terminator though. None of the other reapers looked like terminators, they all looked very similar. Though, I did notice that theyr "tentacles" were all slightly different.

That was explained as being due to the species the Reaper is created from. Presumably the old Reapers look like the species they subjugated and turned into paste mush.

But when we see them all at the very end their only difference is the Tentacles. They all look nearly identical.

If you continue to talk to her shepherd will talk about how he knew a quarian and her pilgrimage and for some reason i sense alot of love from shepherd regarding Tali when he is talking about her. Did anyone else notice this

Me too! Speaking of Tali and such, I started thinking about this last night and it just popped back in to my mind while I was showering. Extreme as it may sound, I think I have come up with a litmus test for potential future girlfriends. Without further ado I give you the "ME litmus test"!

KFD: "Ever heard of ME2?"

Potential future gf (PFG): "No. What is that?"

KFD: Explains.

PFG: "Oh, that sounds neat! Think maybe I could try it at your place sometime?"

SOLD!

Alternate outcome:

PFG: "Huh?! That sounds so lame! I..."

KFD: "Crifical Mission Failure"

Haha, believe me it's probably best not to mix the two. My first ME2 playthrough was through the small hours of the morning over a weekend with any finacee involvement limited to me ranting about this 'cool bit' I did the night before: 

MB: So yeah, you fire up the big guns and they start taking chunks off the baddy ship...

GF: Yeah...that's nice love...

At least go to whereever Liz Skora's from first.  Then at least you have a consolation prize whoever you end up with.

Heartily seconded my good man! While there may be one or two new faces in ME3, it would effectively render ME2 a moot section of the trilogy if we have to go recruit an entirely new team (providing you didn't kill the entire team in ME2).

Correct. It would seem to imply that all those Reapers were created from the same species.

I keep forgetting that. ME2 was all about your team. It would render it semi-pointless to suddenly have them all not there for ME3.

There have to be new charachters for ME3, though, simply because everyone CAN die here.

As for the people who don`t like tali, I don`t see why they complain. It is very easy to kill her and only her specifically. Just recruit her, and never talk to her and never get her shield upgrade.

Ah i see, thanks for clearing that up... i can totally see the Geth-Quarian conflict being a major theme in ME3.

I also having a feeling ME3 will be you going around trying to unit the Galaxy against the Reapers (kinda like what you did in DA)

We can only pray.  I mean, i haven't posted on any forums regularly for years so I don't really know what constitutes a big acheivement.  All i know is Tali love drew myself and a lotta people here and the numbers can only grow.

They more than likely planned everything already. Fans usually don't play a big role in game development. As it shouldn't.

at first i thought it might be the Reapers but i can;t see why they;d want to do that... but maybe KFD is right maybe we have to sacrifice Shepard to blow up the sun and kill the Reapers...

380 pages in one thread is considered all but unheard of on BioWare forums. I recall BioWare staff members exclaiming that they had never seen anything like it when a **** storm erupted over the controversial DRM for the PC version of ME1 back in 2008. There was what? 120 pages at the time and grew to ca. 170+ before being shut down in a matter of days. The thread theme continued in many smaller threads as each one would be shut down after 10 pages and that was over several weeks/months.

that is another strong possibility. Either the Dark energy thing is being caused by the reapers or is a way to stop them.
