I thought it would be great if you walked into talk to Mordin and Tali was there doing her "research". She'd get all shy and mumble something about the engines then walk out quickly.

That would take so much time to do... and not only that, you would need an insane amount of discs. Or maybe by then, Sony will be nice to Microsoft and allow them to use Blu Ray discs so that we don't need to disc swap or even the sony Orange discs that hold an insane amount of info

I must say I really like her personality, shes so nice and its simply great to talk to her, and also a bit cute
Also missions with Tali are the best, I loved that misson at fleet tho we discovers true about her father dead
I wish there was more options for talking with Tali (well with all aboard ship). 
In ME I have Tali the whole time in my team and it was totally worth it So in ME2 as soon as I could go get her I did so from that time  she was with me on every mission.
Too bad you cant talk to her so much if you play female Shepard  After DA:O nad ME1 I thought it will be possible... well we can wait  for some DLC or ME3

as I said before, 2nd best thing in the game is during a mission, seeing Tali pop out of cover and just blast someone with her shotgun. Especially when she's getting an enemy that's trying to flank, like she's protecting Shep

I think the fact that the original was the Deathstar is awesome. Although any ME2 wallpaper gains +50 awesome. Tali is a bonus +5.

I imagine there will be some "battle fatigue" and a slow down in the thread(s). However, we have already begun to branch out in to other outlets (ex. Steam, IRC, etc.), so the foundations of a long lived community are falling in to place.

I think that the garrus and tali fans should form a coalition, our goals are simmilar and many tali fans like garrus and vice versa

It was absolutely worth it. I highly approve of how they handled the romance, and really showed us Tali's perspective, her emotions about having to spend her whole life cut off from a world of sensations that everyone else takes for granted.

From reading some of the threads before the game came out, and some of the developer commentary, I was almost afraid the suits would be retconned, like they're really no big deal. Just some casual affectation. But that was clearly not the case. Hearing Tali talk about being unable to do something as simple as smell a flower, and her anguish over that, was heartbreaking. And of course it made the eventual culmination of the romance so much more significant. There is sensuality to the Tali romance, of course, but there is also a very deep emotional connection and commitment to Shepard that I feel is lacking in some of the other romances.

Agreed. As mentioned previously, Miranda - while in possession of her own merits - strikes me more as "sex just for the sake of sex" as opposed to the deep and endearing connection we can establish with Tali that also comes with a nice dose of sensuality to boot.
