Yes! I liked it. Matt Damon and Drew Barrymore did the VA for the two main characters. I liked it though to this day I still think it a bit annoying that he named the new human homeworld "Bob".

What? You don't like Bob?

No! No! Off topic again.
And still unknown if touting Stone, Iron, and Lies part three off topic. Madness!
Requires further study.
Oh, and study on Tali complete. Tali awesome. That is all.

Concur.

It was a labour of love (though it did not always feel loveable). Cost a fortune in fuel and probes and allowed me to amass ca. 124 hours of in-game time during my first playthrough. lol

Please tell me you did this BEFORE getting the Reaper IFF? O.o

On that note... first Paragon playthrough I didn't quite realize what the consequences for not immediately chasing after my crew would be. Kelly's disintegration was one of the most horrific things I have ever had to witness in a videogame. I vowed to never let it happen again.

Concur. Very sad about Kelly's demise. Also felt bad for Gabby's demise. Ken is lonely.  Miss Mess Sergeant Gardner. Furthermore missing crew member in crew quarters. Ship felt empty. All depressing. Never again.

Yeah, everyone else dying was also terrible... Just referring to actually having to watch Kelly die. Truly horrific. And then of course walking around the empty Normandy afterwards, as you say... simply horrible. I agree. Never, ever again.

Oh the hell it, I'll be writing the fan fiction how things happened in my game, If that means mostly Zaeed and Tali chapters, they'll deal.

After all, i dont think people here will mind a Tali centric fan fiction :P

*Shrute's it up some more*
Question: Has anyone here undergone any kind of liftstyle/personal changes as a result of Tali? Personally, I've lost 5+ pounds since ME2 came out, just cause I've been too busy posting/writing/video-ing to snack on stuff (not that I'm in particularily bad shape, but there's always room for improvement). Plus, Tali reintroduced me to my love of writing, so i owe her that too....Image IPB

*considers making an infomercial*Image IPB

You know, I was thinking about that earlier tonight and yesterday. My sleeping pattern has changed dramatically since I purchased ME2 and I've been eating less (I can attest to this since my stocked food supplies have lasted longer than usual,) and I think my stomach has shrunk (usually takes roughly 2 days for the human stomach to shrink in size,) since I'm only eating portions half the size of what I used to. That said, I've been going hungry the last few days which is not a positive thing. On the bright side, now that I'm likely a bit leaner (haven't actually gone on the scales,) my musculature is more pronounced yet this too will suffer in the long term if my body does not acquire more sustenance at more frequent intervals (i.e. your body will begin to consume itself - both lipids, or fats, and muscle mass).

I find myself re-awakened to the idealist that I am at heart which has been ground in to the dirt for a while given some of the realities of my career life. That's about to change though and since I'll be moving to another country, I want very much to go back to basics and be more nurturing of my idealistic roots (yes, I do think it is possible to maintain a firm grip on reality while attempting to espouse idealism). My new personal catchphrase that I'm in the process of trying to commit to memory goes as follows: "What would Shepard do?" (WWSD). Note: For me that will be a Paragon Shepard; not a Renegade Shepard.

The character of Tali'Zorah vas Normandy has left me with bittersweet love sickness and feeling a bit forlorn when I contemplate the statistical odds of bumping in to a woman who possesses her traits. True, a woman I could be happy with needn't be like Tali'Zorah yet that thought makes me feel a bit...uneasy. I want someone with Tali's traits but I suppose that if one finds happiness and love with someone (this presumes that they do not abuse you,) then it may be a moot point whether that person mirrors Tali'Zorah or not. Regardless, I am both eager and a bit terrified at what the future may bring, yet I feel a calmness coming over me that I have not felt in months. It's time for the next adventure, ladies and gentlemen. Let the journey begin anew!

Again, your skill with words astounds me.

Not to be all mushy, but once you stop looking you will find what you need. Trust me I speak from experience.

Sound advice. That's been my experience in the past as well - some of my happiest and most fulfilling relationships have been when I wasn't expecting it. I'm not actively looking now. If I meet someone I find interesting I'm willing to test the proverbial waters and see what happens. If nothing comes of it, or if no one catches my interest then that's okay too. There are many paths in life, though I believe we all end up at the same destination eventually regardless of the paths we may have taken.

All Roads lead to Home ...

There is something inspiring about the Mass Effect 2 storyline. Here you have a group of people that  in any other case would be out to kill other.  Yet this one man brings them together for something great, through trails and tribulations they become more than just a Team the became family.   Grunt hates Turians but he would kill anyone that would harm  Garrus for his part of the clan.  These people from all different back grounds coming together , get over there differences to fight, live and survive a mission that  no one else could.. The Illusive Man for all his genius made a Mistake in crossing  Shepherd, now he has the most BADASS group of the mercs, criminals, assassins, Operatives, and more working  as  one unit, one team, one family.

Quarians and Humans both mammalian in base. Means both have proper parts.
Unknown about asari. Avoid me, for some reason. Just want to run a few TESTS!

Am sure that they can "do it" normally. Quarian females have mammary glands.

Well, Commander Daniel Shepard of the Normandy SR2 managed to get all the crew back safely, didn't lose a single team member in the suicide mission, took the Normandy out from under the Illusive Man's nose, denied him the Collector base....

... and won the heart of a certain quarian machinist.

Seconded wholeheartedly!

I'm presuming that the Quarian female anatomy has reproductive organs similar to that of human females (this does not however mean that a Quarian female and a human male can produce offspring together, nor vice versa). There are certainly a number of similarities that we can identify at present: Child bearing hips, some form of mammary gland system (i.e. breasts).

As for the Asari, I've wondered about that too. Since the Asari seem to induce a trance like state when they engage in erotic behaviour (i.e. when their eyes turn black), it might be that the process doesn't actually involve the active use of their non-Asari partner's reproductive organs, but rather stimulates them through the nervous system thus fooling the partner's body/central nervous system into believing it just engaged in sexual activity.

I played it on insane. I set Tali through the vents cause you gotta put your best. And I kept Tali and Legion the rest of the way. Tali with that new shotgun just kicks ass and takes names.
