Not going to lie, as much as I enjoyed Tali's awkwardness in the romance subplot if she really looked like that I might just have to burn her in a fire... just throwing that out there. (It's all good though, Tali isn't... or at least shouldn't... be a reptile to begin with so I don't think I have much to worry about.)
