Oh, the ending in ME3 will be so bittersweet! If you can continue to pursue Tali as a love interest, just imagine that last scene with them before the credits roll, and you know you'll probably never see any of these characters (Tali!) that you enjoyed for all these years, again.

Exactly... that's why it'll be so extremely sad. Yes they say that they'll continue making ME games but the first three are a trilogy and then they "will see what's next". God I hope it's not an MMO, but one way or another it'll never be the same anymore without our guys... Not just Shepard and Tali, but everybody else... But I guess I'll miss Tali the most.
