Yes she knows where her home is and who she wants to be with. Everyone knows so there is no issue with her being Vas Normandy. I wouldnt have it any other way even if I had to join the flotila to keep her happy. In the end Shepard will be more then her Captain. He will be her husband and equal. If I have things my way.
