I think the fact that Tali's name remains as "vas Normandy", regardless of the outcome of her trial, is probably the best indicator that she'll be around as a squad member ME3.
I also like how Shepard seems to enjoy calling her that. He refers to her as that like 2-3 times, and I don't recall him ever referring to her as nar Rayya or vas Neema.
"We could go back in and still get you exiled if you want" Love that exchange
Yeah, her post trial speech was a Tali-quote gold mine.
"I never had anyone speak like that on my behalf"
"It's fun watching you shout"
"I got better, Shepard. I got you"
All Tali fans, read this! IT'S UP TO US TO KEEP TALI ALIVE! 2.0!!

In ME1, you never see the females of Krogan, Salarian, Turian, Volus, Elcor, etc. and I'm pretty sure that there were no male Quarians around either. In ME2, Quarians get the males added and even distinct voice acting, while the other races all have the same voice. We got to see the flotilla and got an Idea on how the Admiralty thinks.
This leads me to think that the Quarians will play a part in ME3.
Also, with part of the admiralty supporting a non-military approach to the Geth and with the option we were given to "convert" the Heretic Geth, it would seem a plausible outcome for Quarians to return to their homeworld at peace with the Geth.
On a sidenote, the "converted" heretics along with the rest of the Geth, might also play a big part in the war against the Reapers, since they clearly don't seem to like them.
And finally, the Tali that is part of my squad isn't exiled from the Flotilla. I used the paragon line during the trial and the data of her father wasn't disclosed, all charges against her were dropped and the Admirals allowed her to come with me to take part in our fight against the collectors and use the name "vas normandy" while she's in my squad.

You mean ME3, right? If so, then I agree. I think the Quarian-Geth conflict will play a large roll in ME3, if not, a DLC expansion. It would be a shame if they left it un-touched though, it has a lot of potential.

I... I can't resist... i must return to this thread XD (don't deny it, you enjoy to defend your's love honor against some infamous -Councilor quote gesture- "troll")
But, a serious question: do you share this infinite love for Tali with the rest of the Flotilla or it's just her?
Then caring for Flotilla spread from love of Tali.
Oddly I put the Flotilla above Tali, don't get me wrong I love tali but quarians are very interesting race.
Feel same way. Tali is unique. Love her most. However, Floatilla comes before individual. Would set her free to save Floatilla.
I love Tali and I would do what was necessary to keep her happy. If it meant joining up with the Quarians to help them get their home back or fight to convence them it was a bad idea I would do what she needed me to do as long as she would be at my side. Life is too short and these heroes are always in the front line so you need to make every moment count and we have spent way to much time without her as it is.

Agreed they have given us a lot about the Quarians and I dont see them letting that go in ME3. A war is coming for them. It could be with the Geth again or it could be civil judging by how their leaders are in fighting. All I know is that I am ready for more. It would be nice if you could revisit the flotila if you wanted after you beat the game.

It'll be a large part of the ME3 plot methinks, seemed to be quite important in ME2 and felt like a fitting prelude.
