I agree. It seems as the best fit.

I was always under the impression that ME was one of the few franchises without a Canon  I remember in one interview, the interviewer asked a question in which he said something about there being no real canon, and Casey Hudson agreed. Not that I'm complaining tho, I'd be all for the Tali Romance being set in stone

 


Every franchise has a Canon. some are looser  than others... for Gameplay reasons Mass Effects is pretty  is pretty loose.. There are just things that i am noticing, if  pay attention to the story elements close enough you can see  what the writer is almost thinking at that point..    For instancing lighting. when you first meet Tali she is bathed in the background like while  Shepherd is in the  dark. 

the effect of this  is that  viewer or player for that matter  is to get the feeling that  the main character is still very much  in the dark about what he or she is and  Tali represents some connection or light in that darkness.

Because the humans are the only race thanks to our buddy shepard whom have been effective in challenging them and thus are worthy of "ascension" Least thats what i reckon especialy from what harbinger says on horizion.
"Prepare these humans for ascension"
So maybe in the process of creating the human reaper they will weaken their greatest threat while making themselves stronger?

Maybe they needed a replacement for sovereign? A Reaper that was active in our area of the galaxy to prepare for the arrival of the rest of the Reaper fleet?

because it's tradition that they make it look like whatever meat they're using to create it.
i don't think the reapers WANTED a human Reaper, but seeing how there were alot of humans and they're soft makes them easy to liquify, quarians are too but they're to little quarians to use them... as Tali said. not many Quarians. so that shows... there are alot of humans around the Galaxy.

TL;DR Reapers didn't want a human Reaper, but they're so many and so easy to make into juice to create the reaper. they went with it. also they wanted revenge on shepard.

This, pretty much. As TIM says at the beginning of the game, we don't know if the Reapers feel fear, but, due in no small part to Shepard, one of their own had actually been destroyed, which seems to have impressed them.

So, they command their Collector lackey's to round up Humans, and start to make a new Reaper out of them.

If they intended for it to look Human, I have no idea. EDI simply said that it appears whatever species is used to create the Reaper, it takes their appearance, whther it was premeditative, or that's simply how the tech works.

But in more pressing news i support Tali for everything because she's uber awesome!!!



I love the fact it's like 20,000 plus posts in total as well!!!



Amazing!!



All the artwork and stories and all the support is amazing and i'm glad there's a huge following for Tali because she (as well as Garrus) are, I believe, the 2 most developed characters within the Mass Effect Universe!



Anyway... Tali'Zorah vas Normandy for ME3!!!!
