Adamski_707-comander is correct, we must consider the wishes of Creator Tali'Zorah.
Simulations suggest she would not be pleased by infighting amoung her faithful.

I wonder what would happen if Tali killed off the Normandy crew while they slept and added it to the Migrant Fleet...

Well, she's already got saving the galaxy on her resume, I guess adding the ship that gets their homeworld back might be a hell of an addition.(A fully upgraded Normandy SR2 would totally be the dividing line between defeating the Geth and losing to them)
