They're most likely taken from the cinematic trailer renderings. 

Marks are distinguishing. Like grey hair on human males.

She's blown up ships, Mercenary, Geth, and Batarian
She's quite good at mechanics as her combat speciality
Because she is a Quarian and they are good at machinery
