I'll be interested to see what Bio does with ME3, given the range of choices the player has in 2.  Of course, I'd like Tali and Garrus both back in for ME3, but we're talking about a lot of content here...  on the other hand, the success of the series may justify it financially to EA.

If we round our page count to 1,000, (currently at like 900-ish.) then multiply by the weeks....44,000 pages by 2011, at this rate.  

Though, I'm not great at math.

I think it's quite possible that it could be the second half of 2011.
They've got a nice and excellent new gameplay engine, just a few tweaks here and there and it's should get 100 on Metacritic (lol).
And the story has been penned as a triology with them already starting work on the 3rd story.
I think the choices between squadmates death could be easily resolved. Any characters that die in ME2 can be replaced by those who survived in ME1, except shepard... That's the only loose end...

The only thing that will take them longer is to write our lovely Tali an even more exhilarating part in the ME Universe!!! But she will be there!!!!

I tell ya I feel so torn over Quarians and Geth.



On one hand what the Quarians did to the geth was a bit extreme, going straight to the worse case scenario and starting to kill off there own creation over a self sustained mass hysteria, it been proven if geth were given the rights they have now they might of easily lived peacefully with all races.



But in turn Quarians in my eye have paid there price, and carried there burden for to long, being hated and shunned by every other races, having no homeworld, there immune system being weaken with each generation, losing basic ability such as touch and smell or hell taste for most part.



Why do both races have to be so damn loveable D:

Am I the only one that got the impression that the Geth were trying to keep the Quarian homeworld perfect for when they returned?

While true but in turn the geth still do not need to be exterminated the normal geth have not bugged anyone at all since the Morning war I'm sorry as much as I love Quarians I can’t back a massive genocide for the sake of a sore loser feel.

I hope it is going to be late 2011. And i think it would be as well. BioWare wouldnt need to do too much work with the engine anymore. That would save some time already right there. 
Also, i am sure that the main story has already been written. Or at least the main plot. So they would just have to expand it. So that again would speed it up a bit i am sure.
