It didn't the first time she was with Shepard. Perhaps that has set a precedent or perhaps it is a case of Russian roulette every time Tali and Shepard shack up. I very much hope it is the former and not the latter.

Of course its not a case of russian roulette  After enough time together anyway her immune system will adjust.

That bit is a bit up in the air. I'm in the camp that thinks they did more than kiss and cuddle. While lips are skin too, I got the distinct impression Tali'Zorah was referering to more than just lips touching when she said she wanted to feel "your skin against mine".

That could have been face and face too.
If she had like diarrea or other "below the chest problems", then i'd believe they've had sex.

Quarians and Turians aren't nearly the same at all. Its only the chirality of their DNA that is the same. It is said that biologically, and in terms of their appearance they are very much like humans.

Seriously this is what they meant when they said that they don't feel like they have to show naked bodies in order for it to be a sex scene. Going by the standard of what Driving Ghost is saying there can't really said to have been sex with a few of the others either. But they are sex scenes nonetheless.. the fact you don't see Turian **** or Quarian ****** doesn't mean they didn't have sex.

Opposed. If we were actively under the delusion that we get to dictate to BioWare how to make ME3 and causing trouble in other threads then you and he might have a valid point. So you say and I personally favour that approach, however it is not unrealistic that the alternative could be true. Malaria or diarrhea are survivable without treatment (though your odds are worse of for it,) but can still kill you if experienced again later on. Other examples exist but those two came to my mind first. Ok, technically it is not the diarrhea itself that can lead to death, but the dehydration and stress it places on the body. Under the right (or wrong as the case may be) conditions it can be lethal.

Yeah, KFD, you're talking about diseases.. which is just completely an inappropriate analogy. We're talking about an immune system reaction. This is no different to what Quarians go through with each other - its described in detail in-game how there is a period of time before two can be in the same atmosphere as each other without having sickness etc. Shepard isn't a disease!

Thats bizarre dude. None of the sex scenes in ME2 are as explicit as in ME1 but to say they aren't sex scenes and that they aren't having sex as a result is just kinda silly to me..
