This is what I've been trying to explain to him. The Codex says it and characters in-game repeat it.

just ck back to read the answers to my question, good ones. I probably would have riped the tubes out of the Volus's suit & shot the c-sec officer.   .... She could die, but not common, like a human with  anaphylactic shock.

Yes, but (again, if I understand correctly) only due to immune system reaction, not actual disease.

And the immune system is supposed (based on the conversation on the Migrant Fleet mission) to adjust in time...

OK, maybe this is me just rationalizing my hopes for a wonderful future

Exactly....also I have found if you send her back with the survivors keeps her safe.

I used Samara as well. I might try Jack out as well.
Miranda is no good cause she is part biotic part tech.
You need a 100 % biotic like Jack or Samara.

Garrus is always my fireteam leader, and Miranda always complains about my choices, lol.  I think she felt left out, but the one time I pick her she lets Grunt die...

yeah the experience of being the only survivor of teams he's led. he has lots of that experience

Jacob is also a good choice for fieteam leader.  For the first time at least.

Pick Miranda for you fire team lead AND run like a bat out hell to the heat exchanges you have to  moving ahead  of the vent runner and should be opening the vents just as or before they get there

Thats right. It couldn't be due to disease due to different chirality DNA. It is just an immune system reaction which goes away after enough exposure - the same thing happens whenever a quarian exposes themselves to ANYTHING unfamiliar - thats why Raan talks about it. There's just an initial period where there may be some problems but it goes away after a while

Well first play through of the final mission had mordin leading the group and tali in the vents, Tali died somehow mordin survived, then Grunt lead the second group and jack had the shield

yeah the experience of being the only survivor of teams he's led. he has lots of that experience

He never says that Every team he's ever led were wiped out. the time he and his friend fought the hanar he never mentioned that his friend died!
