Irrelevant. Adjustment is all well and good but can only do so much. The risk of infection, disease, etc. will still exist regardless. The chances of successfully repelling such may increase, but that is not the same as eliminating all risk.

My impression from the Codex entries is that Humans can't infect Quarians due to different chirality. All the Quarians can get is a an alergic reaction, not actual disease... So as long as the immune system adjusts (and knows not to overcompensate), there's no risk anymore.

Yes, but (again, if I understand correctly) only due to immune system reaction, not actual disease.

And the immune system is supposed (based on the conversation on the Migrant Fleet mission) to adjust in time...

OK, maybe this is me just rationalizing my hopes for a wonderful future

Thats right. It couldn't be due to disease due to different chirality DNA. It is just an immune system reaction which goes away after enough exposure - the same thing happens whenever a quarian exposes themselves to ANYTHING unfamiliar - thats why Raan talks about it. There's just an initial period where there may be some problems but it goes away after a while

I think the results speak for themselves.  They get down to some love making and despite picking up a sniffle, Tali deems it TOTALLY worth it.  What a gal:wub:

That is because you sir are terrible Commander  now re load that mission, redeem yourself and bring tali home alive

And she promptly sick Chikkita on you  and cuss you out in Quarin. 
 
Just make sure she is at you side at all times ... keep her safe  and close...    How are you picking you squad for the last mission who is doing what? 

Well first play through of the final mission had mordin leading the group and tali in the vents, Tali died somehow mordin survived, then Grunt lead the second group and jack had the shield

Okay i am going to ask you a very serious question because I am really to help  you...  Does  Mordin look like a Fire team lead to you... Great medic not  Brave team lead ... 

Garrus or Miranda ... trust us she will survive?   also that first part is Timed you can not  sit around killing all that drones... What class  is your shepherd?

it may be timed but if you dont make it its a game over anyway so its just picking the right people that matters.

Seriously though, I can't believe how different my playthrough of ME1 is now that Tali has stolen my heart. Never really had her on my team at all before but now I can't let her out of my sight! Tali and Garrus all the way to the end!

Ah yes, but the STG is about recon and stealth, not about a full on distraction run and cover fire. I suppose he would have gotten his fair share of the fighting in STG, but he certainly isn't made for it. Not to mention those days are in his past, he's an old Salarian now

Yep, but they were there originally to scout the activity in the area, and that's when they found Saren's project for curing the genophage. I agree it was a pretty strong battle, and they had to have combat knowledge; but keep in mind that if you don't assist the squad by turning off the guns, and then activating the alarms in your own area, Kirahe will die, along with most of the STG group there. Not saying it's their fault, they are certainly under heavy fire and died for a good cause.. But they can't survive it just on stamina and brute force.
Then again, Mordin's quick thinking and straight-forward sentences should count for something when commanding. Ah well, what can I say? I picked Thane on my first run, which is apparently another bad choice. The guy commanded my respect, and certainly knew his way around a battlefield; I thought he'd be a good squad lead.
