Well seeing as the game has only been out for a few weeks, i think at this point in time Bioware's only response would be

"Ok. We get it! Stop making these damn 500 page threads, you're killing the server!"

On the subject of quarian concepts of beauty, I think they base beauty on grace and body shape. The suits allow you to see basic body shape, and how a quarian carries themselves is another aspect of themselves the suits don't obscure. Quarians do value dancers greatly.

They must have some way to guage beauty. Why else would they "dress up" their suits. There is no other rational explaination for the decorative way they do that.
